We start each challenge by sending you a grocery list and a meal plan with everything you will eat in a day. We ensure that all recipes are family-friendly so you can cook once for the entire family.

Excercise Goals

You will receive new exercise goals each week to compliment your meal plan. All exercises can be done at home or outside.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every Tuesday you will check in with Dr. MJ by sending a photo of your scale reading. You will receive encouragement and feedback within 24 hours to keep you motivated on your journey.

Unlimited Support

Dr. MJ will provide encouragement throughout the challenge to ensure you are staying on track and building healthy habits. You can email her at any time with questions or concerns.
